TATAME PLAY: knockouts by Charles do Bronx and other Brazilians rock UFC 262; watch it

Last Saturday (15), in Houston, Texas (USA), the UFC 262 featured Charles do Bronx as the new lightweight champion. Against Michael Chandler in the main event, the Brazilian had a hard time in the first round but won by TKO in the second round.

Besides Charles, the event featured six other Brazilians. While Edson Barboza and Priscila Pedrita knocked out Shane Burgos and Gina Mazany, respectively, André Sergipano Muniz was the first fighter to ever submit Ronaldo Jacaré Souza in MMA, with an arm lock that broke his arm. Rogério Bontorin overcame Matt Schnell by unanimous decision and Vivi Araújo was defeated.

Christos Giagos submitted Sean Soriano with a hand triangle and Andrea Lee submitted Antonina Shevchenko with an arm lock. Jordan Wright knocked out Jamie Pickett in round 1. In the co-main event, Beneil Dariush defeated Tony Ferguson.
