Coming of the biggest win of his career, UFC welterweight Jake Ellenberger, who destroyed Jake Shields in less than a minute at UFC Fight Night 25, spoke to TATAME TV at Copacabana Beach, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, about his plans to 2012, who might include fighting Diego Sanchez, his trip to Brazil and the dream of fighting for the UFC championship against Georges St. Pierre. “I definitely believe I can beat GSP, I believe I can beat anyone in my weight class in the world”, he said.
