Na tarde de sábado (23), em Londres, na Inglaterra, aconteceu o Bellator 235. Na luta principal, uma das estrelas da organização, Michael Page, presenteou o público inglês com um belo nocaute sobre o italiano Gianni Melillo, ainda no primeiro round. “MPV” colocou um golpe de encontro no queixo do adversário, que caiu desacordado.
Já no co-main event, aconteceu um duelo entre ingleses. E após três rounds equilibrados, o peso-médio Fabian Edwards derrotou Mike Shipman por decisão dividida dos jurados.
Outro destaque do card, a holandesa Denise Kielholtz finalizou Sabriye Sengül com uma justa americana. Ex-lutador do UFC, Sam Sicilia foi nocauteado por Robert Whiteford, enquanto o galês Lewis Long finalizou Walter Gahadza com um mata-leão, assim como Chris Bungard sobre Benjamin Brander.
